How do you package vinyl records for shipping?
We take great pride in our packaging. All records are shipped in heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers with extra padding to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for defective items?
If you receive a record that is warped or has significant manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If you place multiple orders before the first one has shipped, please email us immediately. We will do our best to combine them and refund any excess shipping costs.
